Since 2020, The Gardens has consistently been the proud recipient of a deficiency-free state inspection, in addition to receiving a three-year license renewal from the Department of Social Services.

The highly coveted “deficiency-free” rating is awarded after rigorous, annual state inspections indicating that zero violations were found in regard to health and safety. The status is considered the pinnacle of quality care, encompassing patient well-being, safety and quality of life. A “deficiency-free” rating is considered difficult to achieve, therefore, we are extremely proud that we have received this rating six years in a row.

At The Gardens, every member of our staff demonstrates an unrivaled dedication to our residents on a daily basis. Achieving this status illustrates our strong commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment that not only meets, but exceeds the needs of our residents and their families.

At The Gardens, the safety of our residents and staff is our highest priority. We take great pride in the early preventative measures we have taken against COVID-19, while following CDC and Health Department guidance. We are pleased to have a 100% vaccination rate for both residents and staff.  We are open to visitation and masks are optional. Please do not visit if you are showing signs and symptoms of illness or have tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days.

These infection prevention protocols have been put in place with resident and staff safety in mind and are periodically adjusted based on county transmission rates and the needs of our community. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
