We are very proud to announce that our Director of Fine Dining, Flor Benavides has once again been recognized by the Fairfax County Health Department with the Active Managerial Control (AMC) Award.
Active Managerial Control (AMC) is a proactive, preventive food safety management system where food service managers actively oversee food handling practices to reduce the risk of foodborne illness. It involves managers taking a leadership role in ensuring employees follow safe food handling procedures and that the facility meets food safety standards.
