The Gardens has Proudly Received a Deficiency-free Rating for the Sixth Year in a Row
Since 2020, The Gardens has consistently been the proud recipient of a deficiency-free state inspection, in addition to receiving a three-year license renewal from the Department of Social Services.
The highly coveted “deficiency-free” rating is awarded after rigorous, annual state inspections indicating that zero violations were found in regard to health and safety. The status is considered the pinnacle of quality care, encompassing patient well-being, safety and quality of life. A “deficiency-free” rating is considered difficult to achieve, therefore, we are extremely proud that we have continuously received this rating six years in a row and counting.
At The Gardens, every member of our staff demonstrates an unrivaled dedication to our residents on a daily basis. Achieving this status once again this year illustrates our strong commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment that not only meets, but exceeds the needs of our residents and their families.
“The entire team at The Gardens stives to maintain the highest standards for our residents,” noted Gardens Administrator Lainie Walsh. “The living environment and healthcare services we provide for all our residents, whether in assisted living, memory care, respite care or adult day care is important to achieve the highest possible quality of life for each person,” she added.
